MAMETJA REHABILITATION

The purpose of this project is To restore and maintain degraded land resulting in improved water quality, reduced erosion and the impact this has on water quantity and quality.as well as carbon sequestration (linked to climate change considerations), improve biodiversity and the sustainable consumptive harvesting of natural resources on five pilot sites on the banks of the Olfiants River in the Mametja Tribal Authority Area.

NDINDANI NURSERY

The Ndindani Nursery is located in Ndindani Village, 40km south-east of Giyani, Limpopo Province. The Pfukani-Majenje Nursery is located in Majenje Village, 10 km north- west of Phalaborwa, Limpopo Province.  The main objective of the nursery projects was to improve the social and economic needs of the local communities which fall within the buffer zone boundary of the Kruger National Park
